dramatic advent of Coranavirudae and its variants in the World, during the winter <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">2020<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">2021<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">, few have been the physicians who have supposed that manifold symptoms were evoked by 4 strains <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">of seasonal flu from South America or Asia and asserted that the patients were infected by covid.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">The AA have focuse their attention on a panel group of 6 youn<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">g workers who manifested odd symptoms, that <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">could be caused by flu or by covid (these strangers did not have Healf Insurance Fund in our land).<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">The AA have tried to cure these volunteers administering them an alder tree soft drink added with three <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">vitamins<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">, that correspond to the famous acronym ACE.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Symtoms characterized by the following symptoms:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">sudden improvement of fever (till 102.2<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">\u00b0 F)<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">fatigue and exhaustion, muscle and joint pains,<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">stuffy and runny nose.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Each of everyone of these cerusics should have prescribed the covid swab to the patient in order to be aware of <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">the presence of Coronavirus and not of other simplest viruses even b<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ecause Covid is accompanied by <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">unmistak<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ably<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">alert<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">beacon<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">as<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">loss of smell and taste, a the typical smoker\u2019s cough.feeling of bearing river <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">stones in the lungs, sensation of having sand in the throat, very severe headache, highest fever and difficulty of <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">t<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">urning left and right own head with neck pain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 he AA of this report desire to focus their attention to the eventual prevention when symptoms of trivial <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">flus could grow covid and the same AA face the problems of the rapida passage from a very cold extern<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">al <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">atmosprere to a very torrid one and viceversa.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">These are the chief causes of developping covid in sane people,especially workers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The AA have recruited 6 youngmen, three of those attend to a furnace where temperature generally <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">raise to 50<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">60\u00b0C and too <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">often exit form their work place to smoke sigarettes or cigars \u00e0 l\u2019exterieur, and the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">other three are lumberjacks who generally go to work very early in the morning (when atmosperical temperature <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">goes down below zero) and sometimes crouch near a fire in t<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">heir huts or shacks in order to heat up their noses <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">and hands or feet.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">All these volunteers manifest the typical symptoms of trivial flu, especially in the night, but sometimes <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">they show even signs of the advent of covid infection though.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The AA propose th<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">e administration of three vitemins to prevent and cure the occurence of an eventual Covid <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">infection.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">These vitamins constitute the over the world famous boisson ACE.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">The same volunteers are suggested to assume even modest dosages of vitamin D (4000 I.U.) <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">pro\/day.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">The assumption of Vit D should be fully optional, as the AA will explain further.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Nowaday Vit D is quite fashionable in covid<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">therapy, both preventive and curative too.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Effectively, recently, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">on the other hand, scientific and eminent <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">evidence sup<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">porting the role of vitamin D in <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">several health and disease processes, in particular in acute respiratory tract infection, remains patchy. Data from <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">observational studies have suggested that vitamin D supplementation\u00a0 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">can lower the odds of developing re<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">spiratory infections, particularly in vitamin D<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">deficient groups, but <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">randomised trials have yielded mixed results.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">(1)<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Now, vitamin A (2<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">8) is supposed <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">to<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">support <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">T<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">lymphocytes, that are involved in the immunological <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">\u00e9quipment.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">In fact <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Vitamin<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">A suppor<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ts the differentiation of<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">T<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">lymphocites, especially in the spleen.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Vitamin C<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">(9) <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">does support<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">immune function<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">s and its supplementation<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">improves chemotaxis, enhances <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">neutrophil phagoc<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ytosis and<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">lymphocyte proliferation<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">in thymus, lymph nodes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">They are represented chiefly by:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">plasmablasts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">plasmacells<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">lymphocytes T NK<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">lymphocytes T CD8 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">+<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">lymphocytes CD4 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">+<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">lymphocytes T<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">gamma<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">delta<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">Vit C besides increaes the proliferation and differe<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ntiaton <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">of inflammatory cytokines<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">and interleukins.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Finally <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Vitamin E (10<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">65<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">) is a fat<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">soluble antioxidant that can protect the polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">in the membrane from oxidation, regulate the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) an<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">d reactive nitrogen <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">species (RNS), and modulate signal transduction. Immunomodulatory effects of vitamin E have been observed <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">in animal and human models under normal and disease.conditions. Am J Clin Nutr. 2001; 74(6):714<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">\u2013<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">722<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>ITA<\/h4>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Una bevanda a base di ACE (sciroppo di sambuco nero addizionato) incarna un rimedio draconiano per combattere sia le influenze stagionali che i sintomi del covid.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>abstract:<\/strong>in occasione dell&#8217;avvento del Coronavirus e delle sue varianti nel mondo intiero, durante l&#8217;inverno 2020-2021 sono stati ben pochi i medici che hanno supposto che molti dei sintomi erano invece evocati da 4 ceppi di influenze stagionali dal Sud America o dall&#8217;Africa, asserendo che i pazienti erano affetti senza dubbio da covid.<\/p>\n<p>Gli AA hanno focalizzato la loro attenzione su 6 operai che presentavano strani sintomi riconducibili a volgare influenze stagionali o covid (purtroppo questi lavoratori stranieri non godono della cassa mutualistica previdenziale qui in Patria).<\/p>\n<p>Gli AA hanno tentato di curare i volontari somministrando loro una bevanda a base di sambuco nero addizionata dalle vitamine A,C e E.<\/p>\n<p>Hanno dimostrato che i sintomi sono scomparsi definitivamente dopo solo sei giorni di trattamento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parole chiave<\/strong>: A\/Guangdong-Maonan\/SWL 1536\/2019 [H1N1] pdm09-like, A\/Hong Kong\/2671\/2019 [H3N2]- like, B\/Washington\/02\/2019 [B\/Victoria lineage]-like), B\/Phuket\/3073\/2013 [B\/Yamagata lineage]-like), sciroppo di sambuco, Vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Introduzione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La combriccola di cerusici improvvisati e cerusichielli dell&#8217;ultim&#8217;ora (apax napoletano che significa scarognati medici e dottori asinini) non sono stati affatto capaci di chiarire la differenza fra influenza stagionale e vero e proprio covid in atto.<\/p>\n<p>Nessuno di loro ha pensato per un momento che i sintomi potessero provenire dai ceppi che sono arrivati in Europa dall&#8217;Oriente e dall&#8217;America latina, e cio\u00e8 i seguenti:<\/p>\n<p>A\/Guangdong-Maonan\/SWL 1536\/2019 [H1N1] pdm09-like, A\/Hong Kong\/2671\/2019 [H3N2]-like, B\/Washington\/02\/2019 [B\/Victoria lineage]-like) B\/Phuket\/3073\/2013 [B\/Yamagata lineage]-like).<\/p>\n<p>Ora tutti questi virus sono altamente contagiosi ma solo pochissimi dottori esperti hanno individuato che la causa dei sintomi era da attribuire ai virus influenzali e non al covid vero e proprio.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;inverno scorso i ceppi dell&#8217; influenza erano caratterizzati dai seguenti sintomi:<\/p>\n<p>innalzamento improvviso della temperatura corporea (fino a 102\u00b0F)<\/p>\n<p>spossatezza e stanchezza muscolare<\/p>\n<p>dolori alle giunture ossee<\/p>\n<p>naso occluso o rinorrea.<\/p>\n<p>Ciascuno di questi cerusici avrebbero dovuto prescrivere il tampone nasofaringeo per escludere la presenza del Coronavirus\u00a0 e non di altri virus vaganti anche perch\u00e9 il covid \u00e8 sempre accompagnato da segnali di allarme ben riconoscibili, tipo la perdita dell&#8217;olfatto e del gusto, tosse tipica del tabagista,sensazione di sopportare delle pietre di fiume dentro i polmoni o di sabbia nella gola, febbre molto lata e difficolt\u00e0 di voltare la testa a destra e sinistra senza avvertire forte dolore al collo.<\/p>\n<p>Gli AA di questo report desiderano concentrarsi sull&#8217;eventuale prevenzione qualora certi\u00a0 sintomi tipici di volgari influenze\u00a0 \u00a0potessero trasformarsi in covid conclamato e gli stessi AA hanno i problemi del passaggio rapido da un&#8217;atmosfera estremamente fredda al&#8217;esterno a una molto torrida all&#8217;interno degli ambienti di casa o di lavoro e viceversa.<\/p>\n<p>Queste potrebbero essere le vere cause della trasformazione da semplice influenza in covid, specialmente negli operai.<\/p>\n<p>Gli AA hanno scelto 6 giovani operai, tre dei quali lavorano in una fornace dove la temperatura sovente raggiunge i 60 gradi e spesso escono per fumare una sigaretta fuori dello stabilimento al freddo e all&#8217;umidit\u00e0 e<\/p>\n<p>gli altri tre che lavorano come boscaioli che cominciano la mattina presto con temperature atmosferiche sotto le zero e spesso si accovacciano vicino al fuoco nella loro capanna per riscaldarsi naso, mani o piedi.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti costoro manifestano i tipici segni della volgare influenza, specialmente nocte tempore, ma talvolta\u00a0 \u00a0 sembra proprio che manifestino sintomi da covid.<\/p>\n<p>Gli AA propongono di somministrare le tre vitamine al fine di prevenire e\/o curare l&#8217;aggressione dell&#8217;eventuale infezione da covid.Queste vitamine costituiscono la famissima bevanda ACE.Gli stessi volontari sono stati pregati di assumere anche modeste dosi di vitamina D (4000U.I.) al giorno.L&#8217;assunzione di Vit. D deve essere affatto opzionale, come spiegheranno di seguito gli stessi AA.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi\u00a0 la Vitamina D \u00e8 molto in voga nella terapia del covid, sia come curativa che come preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>In effetti, recentemente, d&#8217;altra parte, l&#8217;evidenza scientifica e purtuttavia eminente che suffraga il ruolo della vitamina D in molti processi di malattie, in particolare nelle infezioni\u00a0 acute del tratto respiratorio, rimane confusa e discontinua.Dati ottenuti da studi osservazionali hanno suggerito che la supplementazione di vitamina D pu\u00f2 decrementare le strane infezioni delle vie respiratorie, particolarmente nei gruppi di individui che soffrono di ipovitaminosi D, ma invece esperienze randomizzate hanno condotto a risutati molto interessanti.<\/p>\n<p>Ora, si suppone anche che la Vitamina A supporta la liberazione di linfociti T, che sono coinvolti nel corredo immunologico.Infatti la Vitamina A regola la differenziazione dei linfociti T, specialmente a livello della milza.La Vitamina C invece supporta tutte le funzioni immunitarie in generale e la sua somminiztrazione comporta senz&#8217;altro un incremento della chemiotassi, della fagocitosi neutrofila e della proliferazione linfocitaria a livello del timo, i cosiddetti linfonodi,Questi sono rappresentati per lo pi\u00f9 da:<\/p>\n<p>plasmablasti,<\/p>\n<p>plasmacellule,<\/p>\n<p>linfociti T, NK l<\/p>\n<p>linfociti\u00a0 T CD8 + linfociti CD4 + linfociti T-gamma-delta\u00a0 .<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre la Vit C incrementa la proliferazione e la differenziazione delle citochine infiammatorie e delle interleuchine.Infine, la Vit E \u00e8 un antiossidante per eccellenza, liposolubile che pu\u00f2 proteggere gli acidi grassi nella membrana dall&#8217;ossidazione, \u00e8 capace di regolare la produzione delle specie ossigeno-reattive (ROS) e delle specie Azoto-reattive (RNS) e modulare la transduzione.<\/p>\n<p>Gli effetti immunomodulatori della vit.E sono stati ben documentati in modelli animali e umani in condizioni di normalit\u00e0 e di malattia.<\/p>\n<p>Con l&#8217;avanzare della comprensione dello sviluppo, funzione e regolazione delle cellule dendritiche, dei macrofagi dei Natural Killers e delle cellule B, studi ancor pi\u00f9 recenti hanno puntualizzato gli effetti globali della Vit.
